  • Dispatch Service: We negotiate and book freight loads for motor carriers at a flat rate of 7% of gross revenue per load.
  • Bookkeeping Service: Monthly P&L statements and financial reports at $149/month per truck.

2. Payment & Billing

  • Dispatch fees are collected weekly based on completed loads.
  • Bookkeeping fees are charged monthly in advance.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate company and MC/DOT information
  • Upload load documentation, receipts, and bank statements for bookkeeping
  • Maintain active authority and insurance coverage

4. Termination

You may cancel services at any time with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service for:

  • Non-payment
  • Misuse of services
  • Fraudulent activity

5. Limitation of Liability

United Lanes LLC is not liable for:

  • Missed loads or delays
  • Financial losses from inaccurate bookkeeping due to incomplete data
  • Any third-party system failures
